Is Wallet Note free? Are there any ads?
All core features are 100% free to use, and there are absolutely no ads! If you want to access premium features (like automated Recurring Transactions), you can unlock them with a one-time donation starting at just 29 THB.
Where is my data stored? Is it safe?
Your financial data is stored locally on your device for maximum privacy. However, you can choose to safely back it up to our highly secure Cloud servers (Firebase Firestore) tied to your personal account.
Will I lose my data if I buy a new phone?
Not at all! Just perform a Cloud Backup on your old device. Once you login with your Google or Facebook account on the new phone and hit Restore, all your records will instantly sync back perfectly.
Can I set budgets or savings goals?
Yes! The app features a comprehensive monthly Budget manager with animated progress bars per category. We also have a "Savings Goals" system where you can safely set money aside to hit specific targets.
Can I attach photos of receipts for my expenses?
Yes, you can create custom Tags and securely attach up to 5 receipt images per transaction, helping you keep track of physical receipts or bank slips easily.
Can I lock the app for extra privacy?
Of course! Wallet Note comes with an App Lock feature. You can secure the app using a 4-digit PIN code combined with your device's Biometric authentication (Face ID or Fingerprint).
Can I export my data for printing or accounting?
Yes, you can export your financial records into professional Ledger-formatted Excel files (.xlsx) or generate high-quality PDF reports that can be directly shared via email, AirDrop, or messaging apps.
